What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting on Canadian servers, SSL certificates, weekly backups, security updates, and support. Your site stays online, secure, and maintained.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays up for 30 days while you transition. Download all your files and database through Storm Cloud, then self-host or take it to another provider. It's open source code that you own — we just hand it over. No lock-in, ever.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We split the initial build fee: 50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. Monthly services are billed on the 1st.
What's NOT included?
Logo design, photography, copywriting (you provide content), e-commerce, Google Ads campaign management, and social media management require separate quotes.
